Section 27-The Copyright Act, 1957-Term of copyright in sound recordings:

Term of copyright in ²[sound recording].—In the case a ²[sound recording] copyright shall subsist until ¹[sixty years] from the beginning of the calendar year next following the year in which the ²[sound recording] is published.
