Section 450 IPC-Dhara 450-Dafa 450-House-trespass in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment for life:

Whoever commits house-trespass in order to the committing of any offence punishable with ¹[imprisonment for life], shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE

Punishment—Imprisonment for 10 years and fine—Cognizable—Non-bailable—Triable by Court of Session—Non-compoundable.
